A USENET newsgroup created by the Seniors Computer Information Project (SCIP) to
discuss all aspects of retirement, aging, gerontology, etc. You can get to it either

develop their own retirement plans. This is a very well thought-out electronic
publication from a major accounting firm. Other financial, tax, and estate
planning information is also available on this site.

Provides information about Social Security benefits. Of particular interest

A very designed resource for participants in 401K plans with everything which you
wanted to know or should want to know about 410K retirement investment plans.
This site takes great care to insure that its information is presented in an easy to
understand form. Also includes information about the ABCs of investing.
Catalog of US Government
Publications Related to Finances
This is a section of the online catalog of the Consumer Information Center at
Pueblo, Colorado. Each publication is described and ordering information is
given -- some of the publications are free; some cost 50 cents. Several are
available online.
State Taxation Information
A directory of State Tax Offices including links to home pages where available.
The Virtual Reference Desk
Includes links to a wide variety of resources including dictionaries, telephone

and many other references materials.

A free, searchable, nationwide online directory of residential and business

A directory of e-mail addresses that claims to be the biggest one yet - over 5
million names gathered from online services and Internet providers. Users can
register themselves and do name searches.
WeatherNet
Provides access to thousands of forecasts, images, and the Net's largest collection
of weather links; states that it is the most comprehensive and up-to-date
source of weather data on the Web. Includes a simple to use search engine for
the latest NOAA forecast for each area as well as satellite images and more.
